Once your contact form has been received, a member of the team will usually email you within two to three working days, often sooner.
You will be connected with the counsellor who has suitable availability and is most likely to meet your needs. They will offer a free 15 to 20 minute introductory call, usually by WhatsApp video. Telephone or in-person calls may also be available.
There is no obligation to book. If you choose to continue, you can discuss online or in-person sessions and whether weekly or fortnightly appointments would suit you best.
Your information will be kept confidential and used only to respond to your enquiry and connect you with appropriate support.
