Supervision that is personalised, present and protective.

1-1 Clinical Supervision

One-to-one supervision creates a space where your specific practice, questions, and emotional landscape are held with full attention.

This may include:

  • Case exploration through a shame-aware and somatic lens
  • Working with countertransference and parts work
  • Navigating rupture and repair in the therapeutic relationship
  • Honouring your capacity, limits, and pace as a practitioner
  • Integrating your therapeutic approach with your values

This is a space where your practitioner-self can rest, reset, and reflect.

Group Supervision (Max 1:4)

Group supervision offers a richly layered space with no more than four members, each practitioner has time to bring their whole self, not just a “case.”

In this space, you’ll find:

  • Collaborative insight grounded in multiple perspectives
  • Gentle challenge and relational accountability
  • Normalisation of practice challenges and emotional processing
  • Exposure to diverse modalities and lived experience
  • A shared commitment to ethical, present-moment, relational work

Group supervision is ideal for those who value co-regulation, shared learning, and a collective sense of honour and presence.

My Approach as a Supervisor

  • As an integrative therapist and supervisor, I draw from a breadth of well-established frameworks to ensure our supervision work is both robust and responsive to you:
  • The Seven-Eyed Model (Hawkins & Shohet): exploring client dynamics, therapeutic relationships, practitioner process, and systemic context with layered awareness
  • The Cyclical Model (Page & Wosket): a structured yet flexible container for reflection, focus, exploration, and integration
  • The Functional Model (Inskipp & Proctor): balancing the normative (ethical), formative (developmental), and restorative (supportive) functions of supervision

These models don’t just live in a textbook, they shape how we meet, explore, and evolve together. They ensure that our work remains ethical, embodied, and emotionally resonant.
