Trauma-Informed Therapy in-person and online

Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or out of alignment?
Maybe you've been signed off from work, college, or university with stress or anxiety. Perhaps low mood or burnout is making it hard to enjoy life, even when things should feel good. Life doesn’t always go the way we hoped; relationships break down, grief arrives unexpectedly, and difficult experiences from the past can quietly shape how we feel, think, and relate to others.

You might be carrying shame, self-doubt, or a sense of disconnection from yourself or those around you, perhaps rooted in trauma, emotional neglect, or complex relationships. Maybe you feel lost, unsure of your values or purpose, or stuck in patterns like silencing your needs or fearing rejection. You might not even know who you are anymore, only that you feel lost, stuck in old patterns, and unsure of what matters to you. 

It’s important to know these are signs of deeper pain, not personal failure.

Online Sessions
For clients throughout the UK and internationally (subject to client country laws).

1-1, in-person and online sessions for individuals, aged 16+, by appointment only.
Couples Counselling: Burbage, LE10 and online.
