I am a Trauma-Informed, Humanistic, Integrative Counsellor offering confidential, neurodiversity-affirming therapy. My focus is on creating a safe, supportive therapeutic relationship built on connection, compassion and understanding.
Supporting safe exploration to enhance self-awareness, clarify goals, identify changes, and develop practical coping strategies for well-being. My experience includes supporting individuals through bereavement, adverse childhood experiences, domestic and sexual abuse, trauma, PTSD, and major life events.
Sessions are available in-person in West Parley, Dorset, or securely online within the UK.
