Submit the contact form and I will reply, or send me an email to enquire about my availability.

We will need to arrange a time for a 15-20 minute call to discuss your needs (this is free of charge and usually via WhatsApp videocall). During the call, you can give me a brief outline of what is bringing you to counselling so that I can ensure we are able to provide appropriate support. You can also ask questions about how I and Jacqui work. We can mutually decide whether to work together in-person or online.

Following the call, you are not obligated to book a session. However, if I am able to offer you a mutually acceptable date and time to start your counselling sessions, I will endeavour to hold the session time for 72 hours if possible.

Your contact information is treated as confidential and not used by third parties. Please let me know on the form if you have a preferred method for me to reply.
