I am committed to providing a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you feel heard, valued, and supported. I recognise the courage it can take to consider counselling, and I work at your pace to gently explore your thoughts, challenges, triggers, and feelings, supporting you towards a more fulfilling and resilient future.

I view counselling as a collaborative, trust-based process in which difficult relational issues and personal challenges can be explored safely. As a holistic, integrative counsellor, I place your unique needs at the centre of my work, tailoring each session and drawing on a range of psychotherapeutic approaches, including creative interventions and mindfulness practices.

Together, we gain new perspectives and build the inner resources needed to navigate life’s difficulties, fostering clarity, emotional resilience, and self-compassion. I aim to support you in developing a kind and compassionate relationship with yourself, replacing self-criticism with understanding and acceptance. Over the past three years, I have had the privilege of working with clients at the YMCA, supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds. I have experience supporting clients with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, anger, low self-esteem, and relationship challenges.

I am a Registered Member of the BACP (British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists) and adhere to its ethical guidelines. My practice is supported by regular supervision, ensuring safe, high-quality, ethical practice, and accountability. I offer short-term counselling to develop practical coping strategies, as well as longer-term counselling for those seeking deeper insight and support, particularly beneficial for clients facing complex issues such as trauma and abuse.
Sessions are available in-person in West Parley, Dorset, or securely online or via telephone call within the UK.
