I work with adults, both in person and online, and offer counselling in English or Punjabi. Whether you're facing a specific difficulty or simply know that something doesn't feel quite right, I aim to offer a calm, respectful and non-judgemental space where we can begin to make sense of things together.

At the heart of my work is the belief that meaningful change grows from a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship. By taking time to understand your experiences, rather than rushing towards solutions, we can create space for new perspectives, greater self-understanding and lasting change.

As an integrative counsellor, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to meet your individual needs, recognising that no two people, or their experiences, are the same. Together, we can explore the challenges you are facing at a pace that feels right for you.

I have experience supporting people affected by trauma, loss and bereavement, abuse, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, health-related concerns, stress, and questions around identity, culture and spirituality.

Couples Counselling
I also work with couples. Relationships can come under strain for many reasons, whether communication has broken down, trust has been damaged, or you've simply found yourselves drifting apart over time. I offer a calm, neutral space where both people can feel heard without judgement, and where difficult conversations can happen safely, with respect for each person's experience, even when you see things very differently.

My role isn't to take sides or decide who's right. It's to help you understand one another more clearly, recognise the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and work together towards what you both need going forward, whether that's rebuilding your relationship or finding a clearer way to move on.

EMDR Therapy
I'm also an EMDR Practitioner. For some people, the impact of difficult or traumatic experiences continues long after the event itself has passed. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) can help the brain process these memories so they become less overwhelming, without needing to talk through every detail in words.

We would always take time to consider whether EMDR is the right approach for you, working at a pace that feels safe and manageable. Where appropriate, it sits alongside the wider therapeutic relationship, rather than replacing it.

Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your relationship or the lasting impact of difficult experiences, the first step is simply a conversation. Together, we can explore what has brought you here and consider the approach that feels most appropriate for your needs. If you're unsure where to begin, that's completely okay. We can work that out together.
