Once we have received your contact form, you will receive an email from Kay within 2 to 3 days, often sooner. You will be connected with the team member who has current availability and is most likely to suit your needs, to arrange a free introductory call. Matching you in this way helps ensure you can access the right support in good time. If a mutually available time cannot be found, we hope to connect you with one of the other team members.
Your introductory call will be with that team member and usually lasts 15 to 20 minutes, taking place via WhatsApp video. This allows you to meet online and discuss your needs, and gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. If you would prefer the introductory call to be by telephone, or would like to arrange a short in-person introductory session, please let them know. Together you can decide whether to work in-person or online, and whether you would prefer weekly or fortnightly sessions.
Following the call, there is no obligation to book. If you agree a suitable date and time to begin counselling, this will be held for up to 72 hours where possible.
Your contact information is treated as confidential and is not shared with third parties. Please let us know on the form if you have a preferred way for us to reply.
