Trauma-Informed, Humanistic, Integrative Counsellor offering confidential, neurodiversity-affirming therapy. My focus is on creating a safe, supportive therapeutic relationship built on connection, compassion and understanding.
Supporting safe exploration to enhance self-awareness, clarify goals, identify changes, and develop practical coping strategies for well-being. My experience includes supporting individuals through bereavement, adverse childhood experiences, domestic and sexual abuse, trauma, PTSD/CPTSD, and major life events. Sessions can also include exploring spiritual issues if that is relevant and important to you.
I believe one of the most important aspects of your therapy is the therapeutic relationship that develops between you and me. Our journey begins with me listening to your story to gain a deeper understanding of what is troubling you. To help with this process, I use a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques that are specific to your needs and preferences. This fosters increased self-awareness, helping you to identify your unique needs and goals, determining desired changes, and developing effective coping strategies for ongoing challenges, all aimed at enhancing your overall wellbeing.
We share our time together in a safe, non-judgmental and supportive environment where you are valued and you will feel heard. Knowing that the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality are maintained throughout the therapeutic process.
Sessions are available in-person in West Parley, Dorset, or securely online or via telephone call within the UK.
